Welcome to shop.hydrationroom.com (the “Store”), operated by Hydration Room, a California-based wellness company. By accessing or using this Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Store.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using this Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to purchase products from this Store. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We do not knowingly sell products to individuals under 18.

3. Product Information and Disclaimer

Hydration Room sells dietary supplement nasal sprays, including NAD+ Nasal Spray and Glutathione Nasal Spray. These products are dietary supplements. They are not drugs, medications, or pharmaceutical products.

FDA Disclaimer: These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Important product information:

  • Our products are intended to support general wellness and are designed to complement — not replace — professional medical care.
  • Individual results may vary. We make no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes.
  • Consult your healthcare provider before using any dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
  • Do not use these products as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Glutathione Nasal Spray requires refrigeration upon receipt and has a 60-day beyond-use date (BUD) from the compounding date. Please inspect your package upon delivery and refrigerate immediately.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and digital wallets including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases. If payment cannot be processed, your order will not be fulfilled and you will be notified.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal (ROSCA Disclosure)

Before you subscribe, please read the following carefully:

Our Subscribe & Save program offers monthly auto-shipment of products at a discounted price. By enrolling in a subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following material terms:

  • Recurring charges: Your payment method will be automatically charged on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current subscription price until you cancel.
  • Subscription prices: NAD+ Nasal Spray: $140.00/month. Glutathione Nasal Spray: $125.00/month. The Cellular Stack (Bundle): $225.00/month.
  • Billing cycle: Your subscription renews monthly on the anniversary of your initial order date.
  • No commitment: There is no minimum commitment period. You may cancel at any time.
  • How to cancel: You can cancel, pause, or skip shipments at any time through your My Account dashboard, or by emailing support@hydrationroom.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no further charges will be made, and you will receive your final scheduled shipment.
  • No cancellation fees: There are no penalties, fees, or charges for cancelling your subscription.

By clicking “Subscribe” or “Sign Up” at checkout, you provide your affirmative consent to these recurring charges and authorize Hydration Room to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but generally range from 3–7 business days after shipment. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

Hydration Room is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products. Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned. Glutathione Nasal Spray has a shortened 14-day return window due to its perishable nature and refrigeration requirements. For complete details, please see our Refund Policy.

8. Account Registration

You may create an account to manage your subscriptions, view order history, and track shipments. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@hydrationroom.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Store — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product names, trade dress, and product formulations — is the property of Hydration Room or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Store without prior written permission from Hydration Room.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Store for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Store.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Store without our written permission.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person.
  • Resell or commercially distribute products purchased from the Store without authorization.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HYDRATION ROOM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS STORE OR OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE STORE OR PURCHASE OF OUR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hydration Room and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Store, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Third-Party Links

The Store may contain links to third-party websites or services. Hydration Room is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to linked sites is at your own risk.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Store shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hydration Room regarding your use of the Store, and supersede any prior agreements.
